Course/Module description:
The course presents the major trends in 20th century continental philosophy: Phenomenology, Feminism, Critical Theory, Post-Modernism. The philosophers discussed in the course are: Husserl, Heidegger, Sartre, Levinas, Horkheimer Marcuse, Arendt, Foucault, Derrida, de Beuavoir, Irigaray, Butler, Lyotard, and Rorty.
