תאור כללי של הקורס:
בעידן שבו הטכנולוגיה יוצרת הפרעה בעולם העבודה, כל בוגרי האוניברסיטאות צריכים להכין את עצמם. קורס זה יאפשר למשתתפים ללמוד את יסודות החדשנות והיזמות וכיצד זה יכול לעזור להם להיות עמידים יותר בקריירה שלהם. הקורס יתמקד כיצד ניתן לפתח ולשפר חדשנות ואז יסתכל על עולם היזמות וכיצד הוא יכול להיות רלוונטי לכל אחד ואחת מהמשתתפים. במהלך הקורס נציג ונתרגל את מודל ה- Lean Startup, תוך התמקדות כיצד לזהות בעיות אמיתיות עבור אנשים ואז למצוא פתרונות לבעיות אלה. כקורס מקוון התלמידים יצפו בסרטונים קצרים, ישתמשו באפליקציות אינטראקטיביות, יענו על חידונים מקוונים ויפתחו רעיון למיזם (עסקי, חברתי או עיצובי). הקורס יסתיים בפרויקט המציג מודל למיזם עולם אמיתי.

מטרות הקורס:
- לחשוף את התלמידים לתחומי חדשנות ויזמות ולחזק את התעניינותם בתחומים אלה.
- להדגיש את הרלוונטיות והחשיבות של תחומים אלה לחיי היומיום של התלמידים ולקריירה העתידית שלהם.
- לספק לסטודנטים נקודת מבט מאקרו של תחומי החדשנות והיזמות והיכולת לדון בהם באמצעות מונחים מקצועיים.
- הכירות של התלמידים עם תהליך היזמות.
- להציג בפני התלמידים את מערך המיומנויות הדרוש לתהליכי חדשנות ויזמות.

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:

בסוף הקורס התלמידים:

- יבינו את מושגי היסוד בתחומי חדשנות ויזמות.
- ילמדו לזהות את השוק בו פועל מיזם.
- יבינו כיצד לזהות בעיה, את הצורך הבסיסי שלה וכיצד לתכנן עבורה פתרונות פוטנציאליים
- יבינו את מתודולוגיית ההפעלה הרזה ובאמצעותה ניתן לפתח פיתרון בשוק.
- יבינו מהו מודל עסקי וכיצד להשתמש בבד המודל העסקי לעיצוב המודל העסקי של מיזם.
- יבינו את חשיבות העיצוב בתהליך פיתוח המיזם.
- ידעו לבטא את הצעת הערך של מיזם
- ילמדו כיצד להציג מיזם בהצלחה ובקוהרנטיות לקהל.
