Course/Module description:
The course teaches the way change processes guide indivudual and community changes. The course focuses on the development of community leadreship and an individual and collective process. We also dedicate time to Ethics and ways of solving common ethical dillemas that arise in community practice.
Course/Module aims:
To understand leadership development and personal empowerment in the community; To know how to develop leadership as a main goal of the organization; To recognize and understand the individual change that takes place in social change processes; To know methods of evaluation, and ending in community practice. To learn how to identify and solve ethical dillemas in the commuinity.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Students will understand leadership development and personal empowerment in the community; Will know how to develop leadership as a main goal of the organization; They will recognize and know how to encourge the individual change that takes place in social change processes; They will have knowledge of methods of evaluation, and ending in community practice. They will know how to identify and solve ethical dillemas in the commuinity.

We learn in a small group , that enables an opening llecture followed by discusssion of the references and the issues that arise from the reading and the experiences in the field
