תאור כללי של הקורס:
הקורס מלמד תהליכי שינוי משולבים שמובילים לשינוי בקהילה ובפרט. הקורס מתמקד בתהליך פיתוח המנהיגות כתהליך פרטני וקהילתי, ובאתיקה מקצועית ודרכי פיתרון של דילמות אתיות אופייניות לעבודה קהילתית

מטרות הקורס:
• להבין תהליכי פיתוח מנהיגות והעצמה אישית בקהילה; לדעת כיצד לסייע לארגונים לפתח מנהיגות כמטרה מרכזית של הארגון
• לזהות ולהבין את השינוי אישי המתרחש בתהליכי שינוי חברתי
• להכיר שיטות הערכה, סיכום וסיום בעשייה הקהילתית
• ללמוד לזהות ולפתור דילמות אתיות במהלך העבודה בקהילה

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
הסטודנטים יבינו תהליכי פיתוח מנהיגות והעצמה; ידעו כיצד לסייע לארגונים לפתח מנהיגות כמטרה חשובה של הארגון; ידעו לזהות ולעודד שינוי אישי המתרחש בתהליכי שינוי חברתי; יכירו וידעו להפעיל שיטות להערכה של תוכניות וידעו כיצד לסיים ולסכם תהליך של שינוי בעבודה הקהילתית; ידעו לזהות ולפתור דילמות אתיות אופייניות למקצוע.
