תאור כללי של הקורס:
סדנה מרוכזת של שבוע (19-23 במאי) אשר תתמקד ב: שימוש בשפת R לניתוח סטטיסטי של נתונים אקולוגיים, סביבתיים והתנהגותיים; ניהול נתונים, סטטיסטיקה תיאורית, הצגה גרפית של נתונים, דגמי פיזור, בחינת השערות – השוואת ממוצעים , יחסי גומלין בין שני משתנים (קורלציה, רגרסיה, טבלת אפשרויות&eq;contingency table ועוד), סטטיסטיקה לא-פרמטרית, GLM, ניתוחי הישרדות, רגרסיה לוגיסטית, רגרסיה לוג-ליניארית, ועוד.

מטרות הקורס:
מטרת הקורס יהא להקנות ידע וכלים בשימוש בשפת R לניתוח סטטיסטי של נתונים אקולוגיים, סביבתיים והתנהגותיים;

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
להשתמש בתוכנת R כדי:
• לארגן נתונים
• לזהות מגמות בנתונים
• להציג נתונים באופן גראפי
• ליישם מבחנים סטטיסטיים לבחינת היפותזות

שיטת ההוראה בקורס: הרצאות ותרגילים

רשימת נושאים / תכנית הלימודים בקורס:
1 . ללמוד כיצד להשתמש בתוכניות מחקר R: כיצד להוריד ואיך להתקין אותן ; הכרת ממשק המשתמש ; תחביר בסיסי ; יבוא נתונים ; עזרה ותיעוד ; גרפיקה; פונקציות, חבילות וכו '
2 . מבוא לסטטיסטיקה : המטרה , תכלית, טרמינולוגיה.
3 . שימוש ב- R לסטטיסטיקה תאורית : ייצוג גרפי , הפצות , פרמטרים לתיאורמדגם ( ממוצע , שונות, וכו ') .
4 . שימוש ב-R כדי לבדוק אחד או שני ממוצעים : הנחות ומגבלות , השוואת ממוצע לערך תאורת, השוואה בין שני ערכי ממוצע המגיעים משני מדגמים בלתי תלויים או תלויים.
5 . שימוש ב- R כדי להשוות יותר משני ממוצעים : מבוא לניתוח בכיוון אחד של שונות ( ANOVA ) , homoscedasticity , מחפשים הבדלים משמעותיים.
6 . שימוש ב- R לבדיקת קשר בין שני משתנים: שני משתנים כמותיים : מתאם קו הרגרסיה , ; שני משתנים איכותיים : טבלת מגירוצ'י ; השוואת אחוזים.
7 . שימוש ב- R עבור בדיקות שאינן פרמטריות : בדיקות להשוואת ממוצעים : Wilcoxon - Mann-Whitney , קרוסקל - ארהב ; תאום דגימות : מבחן חתמה דרגה Wilcoxon , מתאם דרגת חנית
8 . שמוש ב- R עבור מודלים ליניארים כלליים : דגמים ליניארים כללים וניתוח שרידות ; רגרסיית לוג ולוג לינארי ; Kaplan-Meier
