תאור כללי של הקורס:
המודל הנורמטיבי, רציונאליות מוגבלת ותיאוריות חלופיות, מאפיינים קוגניטיבים של שיפוט ותהליכי ההחלטה, כללי אצבע והטיות, הגישה הניסויית, החלטות בתנאי סיכון ואי ודאות, למידה וקבלת החלטות מניסיון, השפעות חברתיות וסביבתיות, כלים למדיניות ו"עיצוב" החלטות.

מטרות הקורס:
- הכרות עם תחום המחקר של קבלת החלטות ומתן כלים בסיסיים למחקר עתידי בתחום

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
-ליישם מודלים מוכרים בתחום על בעיות החלטה חדשות (לנבא התנהגות)
-להכיר את ההבדל בין הגישה התיאורטית לגישה הניסויית
-לתכנן ניסוי
- לנתח משמעויות מתוצאות של ניסויים
