תאור כללי של הקורס:
הכרת דרכי ביטויhן של תופעות פשיעה בראי הגלובליזציה, בחינת תיאוריות ייחודיות ותקפותן בניתוח פשיעה ברמה עולמית.

מטרות הקורס:
הקורס יעסוק בתופעות פשיעה בראי הגלובליזציה, בדגש על מיפוי נתיבי ומאפייני פשיעה במרחבים וירטואליים וגיאוגרפיים, לצד דגש על מאפיינים ברמת המאקרו והמיקרו של הפעילות העבריינית וקורבנותיה. סקירת הידע המחקרי העוסק במאפייני עבריינים וקורבנות בתחומי פשיעה בולטים ברמה העולמית כגון: פשיעה כלכלית, ,סחר בבני אדם כולל סחר באיברים, עבדות ותעשיית המין – בקרב ילדים ונשים, סחר בסמים וסחר באמצעי לחימה, תיעשה תוך עיון בתיאוריות קרימינולוגיות מובילות, העוסקות בתהליכים ומאפיינים חברתיים, אקולוגיים ובמשתנים סוציו-פסיכולוגים על מנת לבחון את תקפותם, כוחם והתאמתם כגוף ידע רלוונטי לניתוח תופעות פשיעה אלו. בנוסף, ייבחן האתגר העומד בפני מערכות האכיפה והטיפול בעולם מבחינת פעילות משותפת ונפרדת, המתבצעת לשם התמודדות עם תופעות פשיעה חוצות יבשות ועם תוצאותיהן ברמת החברה וברמת הפרט.

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
הסטודנט/ית ת/יכיר תופעות פשיעה בולטות ברמה עולמית, על מאפייניהם הייחודיים.
הסטודנט/ית ת/יוכל להשתמש באופן מושכל בתיאוריות קרימינולוגיות על מנת לנתח תופעות אלה.
