Course/Module description:
The goal of the course to provide practical comprehension, administrative and political of field of the reforms in the public manager. The administrative aspect will focus in the processes of reform in the public manager within reliance on development of administrative new thinking " and mega reforms, including the public new management ( npm ) and the beyond Lmmshliot ( governance ). Here we will define what is reform in the public manager, from them her boundss and her characteristics and what discern her from organizational changes, institutional and political other. The political aspect will focus in the models of the wests of different relational actors of mutuality are different that explain development of reforms in the public manager and with pleasure them of public officials to exploit those reforms in order to promote their status. Here, we will deal in the embodied potential by the reforms to the change of public systems alongside the dilemmas, the prices and the criticism that are accompanying to the processes Shmtrtm thrift, efficiency, and advantageous ( 3es ) and improvement of the service to nationalize.
The practical examination will include a presentation of reforms and their operation. We will view on orbital ripening of reforms, we will identify forces support

Course/Module aims:
