Course/Module description:
The course is meant to examine the concepts of democracy and politics and their applications in the Israeli context. The focus will be on the existing tensions between both concepts, in principle and in practice, as they unfold in Israeli politics and society, since 1967.

Course/Module aims:
To provide a critical overview of Israeli politics and society, in light of the challenges Israeli democracy faces.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
