Course/Module description:
The course will address theoretical and practical issues in organizations and public institutions. During the course, students from the Faculty of Social Sciences will intern in different organizations. The course will combine personal and classroom sessions. The classroom sessions will deal with different professional aspects. For example, proper writing and editing of documents in various applied research fields. In addition, deal with theoretical and methodological issues: Schools in the study of organizations, decision making, and reviews of the social, political and economic structure of Israel. During the course guiding meeting will be take place for the students with academic guides from their departments. These meetings will be determined for each student personal project posters to be presented at the end of the course and will be submitted as a work of the end of a course. Furthermore, during the year, there will be meetings and group discussions, tours and guest lectures. In some activities, students for other intern courses will participate.

Course/Module aims:
The purpose of the course is to enable students to acquire skills and professional experience required for integration into the labor market.

- Examine an issue that comes from the internship by academics tools.

Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
-Describe the organization and its environment
- Explain things about the organization
- Analyze the organization according to theoretical literature.

Teaching arrangement and method of instruction: The course includes theoretical lectures, expert guest lectures, meetings and group discussions, and tours.

Additional information:
The students must intern in public organizations 8-6 hours per week, submit reports on the internship, and carry out the required tasks. In addition, students are required to attend meetings regularly according to the plan detailed in the syllabus.
