תאור כללי של הקורס:
הקורס יעסוק בנושאים המרכזיים שבתחום יישוב וניהול סכסוכים. יידונו סוגי קונפליקטים שונים, הגדרות ומאפיינים שלהם, תיאוריות להבנת היווצרות קונפליקטים, דרכים לניהול סכסוכים, טקטיקות ואסטרטגיות ליישובם, ועוד. הקורס ינוע בין דיסציפלינות של פסיכולוגיה חברתית, סוציולוגיה, מדעי המדינה ויחסים בין-לאומיים, ויציג מודלים להבנת תחום חקר הסכסוכים ברמת הזהות האישית, האינטראקציות בין קבוצות אוכלוסיה שונות, והיחסים בין מדינות.

מטרות הקורס:
הסטודנטים יכירו את תחום חקר, יישוב וניהול הסכסוכים, על רב-גוניותו ומורכבותו.

תוצרי למידה :
בסיומו של קורס זה, סטודנטים יהיו מסוגלים:
לנתח סכסוכים על מרכיביהם השונים
להעריך אופני התערבות שונים בסכסוכים ואת השלכותיהם
לתכנן מחקר מקיף אשר מכיל ראייה אינטרדיסציפלינרית של סכסוך
להסביר כיצד צדדים שונים בסכסוכיך מבינים סכסוך, חווים אותו, חושבים עליו ורואים את אפשרויות לפתרונו
לשלב תיאוריות, תובנות ומחקרים מתחומי ידע שונים, וליצור אינטגרציה ביניהם למטרת מחקר של סכסוכים

דרישות נוכחות (%):
הסטודנטים נדרשים להגיע לשיעורים. הגעה לשיעורים והשתתפות פעילה בהם מהווים 15% מהציון הסופי בקורס.

– בין סכסוך לסיום סכסוך: חד-צדדיות, הרתעה, מניעת סכסוך וניהול סכסוך
– צד שלישי בסכסוכים
– בשלות, מכשולים בדרך להסכם ו"מתנגדים"
– מהלכים לסיום סכסוך: משא ומתן, גישור, בוררות
– שחקנים לא-מדינתיים בסכסוכים ומשאים ומתנים לא-רשמיים
– סיום סכסוכים בעידן ה"מלחמות החדשות"
– צדק מעברי, צדק מאחה, בתי-דין וועדות אמת וצדק
– פיוס
– הכרה, חרטה, סליחה, פיצוי ושיקום
