Course/Module description:
Research focusing on the use of psychophysiological and behavioral measures for the detection of concealed knowledge (the Concealed Information Test- CIT)
Course/Module aims:
Students will get acquainted with the theory underlying the CIT as well as the methodological aspects of CIT research.
Learning outcomes - On successful completion of this module, students should be able to:
Design experiment in this area, analyze results of CIT studies with ANS measures and write research reports and articles.

a. The external validity of the CIT (the roles of emotional arousal and free choice)
b. Orienting vs. inhibition as accouts for the CIT effect
